Hi, I’m Jessica—founder of Ebb & Flow Energetics.

I am a Reiki Master, restorative yoga guide, sound healer, end-of-life doula, and grief companion.

Reiki has always been part of my life. My mother practiced it when I was young, and those early exposures planted seeds. Though I turned away from it for a time—trying to fit into what I thought the world expected—in 2023, I returned to my center. I paused my “day job” and began walking the path of remembrance.

I now guide others back home to themselves. This work is not about fixing or striving—it’s about returning. It’s about softening. It’s about reclaiming connection to your inner world and to the Earth that holds you.
