We will begin with an initial 30-minute consultation (free) to discuss your journey, intentions, and goals. This time allows us to get to know each other and see if moving forward together feels resonant.
From here, your sessions unfold with intentionality and intuition:
Personalized sessions based on your unique blueprint, designed intuitively to meet your current life journey and needs. This work blends technical and intuitive tools to support your energetic, spiritual, and emotional growth.
Follow-up emails with dialogue from sessions, take-home tools, and access to all my resources.
Ongoing support via text, call, or email (M–F, 24-hour response).

Session Structure
This is a transformational process: a holding, unfolding, and soft opening to your spiritual journey.
This work is offered in a seasonal approach. By carving out consistent time for practice and restorative work, you amplify the energy you wish to cultivate. The Inner Tidal includes:
Three, 2 hour Reiki sessions once per month.
60-minute tea or outdoor ceremony intuitively curated in collaboration to support your practices (outdoor sessions subject to inclement weather).
90-minute closing ceremony: An intentional energetic closing to reflect on growth, transformation, and the resilience of saying yes to this work.
