Ebb & Flow
This space holds you in your wholeness: your light and shadow, the crash of the wave and pause in the breath, the settling of self, a coming home in mind, body, and spirit.
Healing isn’t linear—it’s tidal, rhythmic, and deeply personal. I’m here to witness and support you in moving with life’s shifts, not against them.
In a culture that often values speed, doing, and output, it can feel radical to slow down. To listen. To feel. To receive. To be, just as you are.
Your experience and being in this lifetime is sacred in all facets. To be sacred is to be holy, or whole. You are whole as you are. This work supports you in coming home to self in this compassionate light. Practices are nurtured through the connection to nature, integrating green, water-based sessions and remembering how the Earth holds us.
At Ebb & Flow, you are supported through transitions, seasons of uncertainty, and the quiet whispers of change. Whether you are navigating grief, stepping into a new aspect of life, or feeling the pull to change, this work meets you where you are: with tenderness and truth.
Core
Pillars
Witnessing & Embracing Transitions
Our work holds space for the liminal—those in-between spaces that feel vast, quiet, or even disorienting. These are the fertile grounds of transformation. You are invited to be seen in your fullness here.
Duality & Balance
Just as the ocean ebbs and flows, you, too, are allowed to contract and expand. This is not a place that pushes you to be more—this is a space where you remember you are already whole.
Depth & Reflection
Rather than seeking quick fixes, we look beneath the surface. With devotion and compassionate awareness, we reconnect to the inner landscape and awaken your body’s innate wisdom. We explore our unique self with curiosity.
Nature as a Mirror
We are cyclical beings, intricately woven into the rhythms of the Earth. From the micro to the macro, we are innately connected and reflected within one another and through the cosmos. These practices are rooted in the remembrance that your body knows the way. Through grounding rituals and connection with the natural world, we come back into harmony with the pulse of life.
Nurture as Practice
If your cup feels like a strainer, you are not alone. Caregivers, healers, parents, and service providers are often last on their own list. In this space, you are invited to receive. To refill. To remember that tending to yourself is not selfish, it is sacred.
